About Me
My name is Matthew Forson, and I’m the founder of Houston Water Restoration & Renovation. More than a business owner, I’m a husband, a father of four, and someone who knows what it means to fight for something better.
For years, I worked for companies that didn’t have the best interests of their clients or employees in mind. I saw corners cut, promises broken, and families left feeling helpless after disasters. That experience lit a fire in me. I was tired of going nowhere, tired of watching people be treated like numbers instead of neighbors. I wanted to build something different — something rooted in trust, compassion, and real results.
With the support of my wife, who has been my partner in every step of this journey, I took the leap to start Houston Water Restoration & Renovation. Together, we’ve built a company that reflects our values: honesty, family, and community. She keeps me grounded, reminds me why I started, and inspires me to keep pushing forward — not just for our clients, but for our kids and the legacy we’re creating.
My mission is simple: to restore more than homes. I want to restore peace of mind, dignity, and confidence for every family we serve. Whether it’s water damage, fire recovery, mold remediation, flood restoration, or a renovation project, my team and I approach each job with the care and precision I’d demand for my own family.
Being a husband and father has shaped the way I lead. I know what it means to protect a home, to keep it safe, and to make sure it’s a place where children can grow without fear. Every project we take on is personal to me, because I understand the stakes.
Houston is my home, and I’m proud to represent this city with a brand that carries its skyline as a symbol of resilience and strength. My vision is to make Houston Water Restoration & Renovation the trusted partner families turn to in their hardest moments — not just for repairs, but for reassurance.
At the end of the day, I’m not just building a company. I’m building a legacy with my wife and kids, and a promise to my community: that when disaster strikes, you’ll have someone in your corner who truly cares.
